摘要
在高速公路交通安全设施的建设中,高速公路防护栏的作用是通过提高公路安全系数进而保证行车安全减少事故伤害发生,对于高速公路安全体系的评估具有十分重要的意义。传统的高速公路防护栏的施工过程包括测量放样确定桩点、打桩机立柱、波形板安装及线型调整、防阻块安装、拧紧连接和拼接螺栓,其存在较多的误差及人工机械不协调的问题,导致波形护栏的施工质量有所欠缺。论文依据传统高速公路防护栏施工过程、施工技术、施工方法,研究出一种将人工与机械相结合,在施工过程中利用精准测量仪器边施工边纠错的改进施工方法,逐一解决施工过程中存在的人工、材料、施工方法问题,从而保证高速公路防护栏施工的质量达到规范要求,并提升高速公路安全防护栏的安全系数。
In the construction of highway traffic safety facilities,the role of highway protective fences is to ensure driving safety and reduce the occurrence of accident injuries by improving the highway safety coefficient,which is of great significance to the evaluation of highway safety system.The construction process of traditional highway protective fence includes measuring and lofting to determine the pile point,pile driver column,wave plate installation and line type adjustment,anti-resistance block installation,tightening the connection and splicing bolts,which have many errors and manual mechanical incoordination,resulting in the lack of construction quality of the wave guardrail.According to the traditional highway protective fence construction process,construction technology and construction method,an improved construction method that combines labor and machinery,and uses accurate measuring instruments to correct errors while construction during the construction process is developed,and the problems of labor,materials and construction methods existing in the construction process are solved one by one,so as to ensure that the quality of highway protective fence construction meets the requirements of specifications and improve the safety factor of the highway network.In order to better improve the safety factor of the safety fence,this paper carries out research on the construction method of the safety fence,and achieves the purpose of improving the safety factor of the safety fence by improving the process method.
