摘要
针对6063铝合金汽车纵梁,进行力学性能与压溃性能试验,分析不同时效制度的影响。结果表明,在确定的合金成分配比下,提高冷却强度及淬火温度,采用合适的过时效处理,能合理控制产品的力学性能,并极大提高压溃性能。
The mechanical property and crushing property test was carried out for 6063 aluminum alloy automobile longitudinal beam,and the effects of different aging regimes were analyzed.The result shows that under the determined alloy composition ratio,increasing cooling strength,quenching temperature and adopting appropriate over-ageing treatment can reasonably control the mechanical property of the product and greatly improve the crushing property.
