摘要
研究了时效工艺对6063铝合金力学性能和电导率的影响。结果表明,185℃(12h内)时效时,随着时间的延长,合金的强度和电导率增加,伸长率降低。在205℃进行时效,随着时间的增加,强度和电导率在4h时达到峰值,抗拉强度达215.4MPa,屈服强度达190.5MPa,电导率达32.37MS/m,伸长率达最小值10.3%。
Effects of ageing treatment on mechanical properties and electric conductivity of 6063 alloy were investigated. The results show that with increasing in aging time within 12 hours, the strength and electric conductivity of the 6063 alloy with aged at 185℃ are improved, and elongation is decreased. With aged at 205℃ for 4 hours, the tensile strength, yield strength and electric conductivity reach the maximum value of 215. 4 MPa, 190. 5 MPa and 32. 37 MS/m, respectively, and the elongation is 10.3%.
