摘要
目的研究苍耳子散加减熏蒸治疗肺气虚寒型慢性鼻窦炎术后的效果。方法将100例肺气虚寒型慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例,均行内镜手术,对照组围术期予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用苍耳子散加减熏蒸治疗,2组均持续治疗4周。比较2组治疗前、治疗后的疗效、中医证候积分、鼻腔鼻窦结局测试、血清炎症因子的变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分和鼻腔鼻窦结局测试均下降,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清炎症因子低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苍耳子散加减熏蒸治疗肺气虚寒型慢性鼻窦炎术后疗效确切,改善生活质量,抑制炎症反应,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect on Cangerzi powder fumigation in the treatment of chronic sinusitis of lung qi deficiency cold type after operation.Methods One hundred patients with chronic sinusitis of lung qi deficiency cold type after operation were randomly divided into control group of 50 cases and observation group of 50 cases.Endoscopic sinus surgery were performed.The control group was given routine medicine treatment in the perioperative period.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Cangerzi powder fumigation.Both groups lasted for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome points,TCM syndrome efficacy,nasal sinus outcome test and serum inflammatory factors before,after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment and follow-up,the TCM syndrome integral and nasal sinus outcome test of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the change of serum inflammatory factor in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cangerzi powder fumigation in the treatment of chronic sinusitis of lung qi deficiency cold type after operation has significantly curative effect,can improve the quality of life of patients,inhibit inflammatory reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
