摘要
目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模型在慢性鼻窦炎术后患者护理中的应用价值。方法将2021年6月-2023年4月接受鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者112例按数字抽签法分为对照组、试验组,每组56例,对照组术后予以常规护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上实施基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型的护理干预,对两组干预后遵医行为、生活质量及术后并发症予以比较。结果试验组干预后遵医行为优良率(92.86%,52/56)明显高于对照组(78.57%,44/56);试验组干预后健康调查简表(SF-36)评分明显较对照组高,鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(SNOT-20)评分明显较对照组低;试验组术后并发症发生率(5.36%,3/56)明显低于对照组(17.86%,10/56),上述指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎术后护理中应用信息-动机-行为技巧模型可改善患者遵医行为及生活质量,同时能降低术后并发症发生风险。
Objective To explore the application value of the information-motivation-behavior skills model in the postoperative care of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods A total of 112 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis who underwent nasal endoscopic sinus surgery from June 2021 to April 2023 were divided into control group and experimental group,with 56 cases in each group.Results The excellent rate of medical compliance behavior in the experimental group(92.86%,52/56)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.57%,44/56),the score of the short form of health survey(SF-36)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the score of nasal sinus outcome test-20(SNOT-20)was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group(5.36%,3/56)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.86%,10/56),and the differences in the above indexes were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the information-motivation-behavioral skills model in the postoperative care of chronic rhinosinusitis can improve patients'medical compliance behavior and quality of life,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
