摘要
生脉饮是由红参、麦冬、五味子3味药组成的常用中药经典方剂,具有益气复脉、养阴生津的作用。现代研究发现,生脉饮的化学成分主要包括皂苷类、木脂素类、高异黄酮类、多糖类和有机酸类等。相关药理学实验研究表明,生脉饮具有抗心律失常、抗心力衰竭、抗肿瘤等药理作用,临床上常与各类常规治疗药物联合使用发挥疗效,从而改善患者的临床症状。文章对近年来生脉饮的化学成分、药理作用和临床应用的研究进行了系统的阐述,以期为该方剂的进一步研究及开发利用提供支持和参考。
Shengmaiyin is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine classic formula composed of Red ginseng,Ophiopogon and Schisandra chinensis,with effects of benefiting qi and restoring pulse,astringing yin and promoting fluid.Modern studies indicate that the chemical constituents of Shengmaiyin mainly include saponins,lignans,homoisoflavones,polysaccharides,organic acids and so on.Related pharmacological experimental studies have shown that Shengmaiyin has anti-arrhythmia,heart failure,anti-tumor and other pharmacological effects.It is often used in combination with various conventional therapeutic drugs to exert clinical efficacy,improve the patient’s clinical symptoms.In this review,the research on the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Shengmaiyin have been systematically summarized,in order to provide support and reference for the further research and development of this prescription.
