摘要
目的建立同时测定生脉饮中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;甲醇-水(72∶28)为流动相;柱温为30℃;检测波长为254 nm;流速为1.0 ml/min。结果五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素进样量分别在0.5975~9.5600μg(r=0.9999)、0.0750~1.1990μg(r=0.9998)、0.1888~3.0210μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,加样平均回收率分别为99.3%、98.9%、98.6%,RSD分别为0.9%、1.5%、1.2%。对天诚制药的5批次生脉饮样品中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素含量进行测定,结果稳定。结论本方法简便、准确、稳定,可用于生脉饮中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination on the components of schizandrin A, deoxyschizandrin, schizandrin B in Shengmaiyin. Methods An Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used, methanol-water(72∶28) was used as the mobile phase, the column temperature was 30℃, the detection wavelength was 254 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results The sample size of schisandrin A, deoxyschizandrin, and schisandrin B showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.5975-9.5600 μg(r=0.9999), 0.0750-1.199 μg(r=0.9998), and 0.1888-3.0210 μg(r=0.9999), with good precision,stability, and repeatability, the average recovery rate of sample addition was 99.3%, 98.9%, 98.6%, and the RSD was 0.9%, 1.5%, 1.2%, respectively. The contents of schisandrin A, deoxyschizandrin, and schisandrin B in 5 batches of Shengmaiyin samples from Tiancheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were determined, and the results were stable. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, simple and stable, and can be used for the determination of schisandrin A, deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B in Shengmaiyin.
