摘要
目的为解决纸质版危急值报告登记本记录不规范、登记内容不全面、难以统计和追踪、难以监管等问题,设计一套影像危急值闭环管理系统。方法影像中心危急值闭环管理系统后端采用Java、前端采用Visual C#开发,系统在C/S架构下的影像工作站系统通过exe传参调用,在B/S架构下的护士站、医生站系统通过URL Protocol服务协议+exe传参调用。随机选取系统上线初期(2021年1—3月,对照组)及临床人员对系统有良好依从性后(2022年1—3月,实验组)的各200份危急值数据作为研究资料,验证系统的应用成效。结果实验组的医生接收耗时、放射科医生的反馈确认耗时和危急值上报全程耗时明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,可实现对影像危急值相关数据的统计分析。结论系统的应用规范了危急值上报流程,实现了上报过程的闭环和无纸化,完成了对危急值信息的全流程跟踪、监控和管理,使危急值上报情况一目了然,一旦发生不良事件,可通过系统精确跟踪处理,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To address issues such as non-standard records,incomplete registration content,difficulty in statistics and tracking,and challenging supervision of paper-based critical value report books,to design a closed-loop management system for critical values in the imaging center.Methods The closed-loop management system of critical value in the imaging center was developed by using Java as the back end and Visual C#as the front end.The system was called by exe for reference under the C/S in the image workstation system,and by URL Protocol+exe for reference under the B/S in the nurse and doctor station system.A total of 200 critical values were selected randomly as the control group when the system was just launched(from January to March 2021),and 200 critical values were selected randomly as the experimental group when clinical personnel had good compliance with the system(from January to March 2022),which were used to verify the application effect of the system.Results In the experimental group,the time taken for doctors to receive notifications,the time taken for radiologists to provide feedback confirmation and reporting and overall time taken for critical value reporting were significantly reduced,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Furthermore,it was possible to conduct statistical analysis on imaging-related critical value data.Conclusion The application of the system has standardized the critical value reporting process,achieved a closed-loop and paperless reporting process,and completed whole-process tracking,monitoring,and management of critical value information.It makes the reporting of critical value clear at a glance,once the adverse event occurs,it can be tracked and managed through the system,making it worthy of further promotion and application.
