摘要
试验旨在确定产蛋期大骨鸡母鸡适宜采食量,将体重和产蛋率相近的90只28周龄母鸡随机分为3个组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只鸡。各组母鸡分别饲喂试验92 (限饲Ⅰ组)、115 (限饲Ⅱ组)、138 g/(只·d)(限饲Ⅲ组)日粮。试验期3周。结果显示,限饲Ⅲ组母鸡试验全期累计增重极显著高于限饲Ⅱ组(P<0.01),限饲Ⅱ组极显著高于限饲Ⅰ组(P<0.01)。试验全期大骨鸡母鸡累计增重与累计采食量呈极显著正相关(r=0.706,P=7.427E-15),据此建立了增重与平均日采食量的回归方程。各组母鸡产蛋率、蛋重和血清生化指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,大骨鸡母鸡平均每日采食量为99.65 g,代谢能摄入量为1.097 MJ/(只·d)可使体重保持稳定,试验结果为确定适合的大骨鸡营养需要量、提高生产和经济效益奠定基础。
In order to determine the appropriate feed intake of Dagu hens during laying period,ninety 28-week-old hens with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly divided into three groups with three replicates in each group and 10 hens in each replicate.Hens in each group were fed 92(restricted feeding groupⅠ),115(restricted feeding groupⅡ)and 138 g/(hens·d)diets(restricted feeding groupⅢ)respectively.The trial period was three weeks.The results showed that the cumulative weight gain of hens in the restricted feeding groupⅢwas extremely higher than that in the restricted feeding groupⅡ(P<0.01),and that in the restricted feeding groupⅡwas extremely higher than that in the restricted feeding groupⅠ(P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between cumulative weight gain and cumulative feed intake(r=0.706,P=7.427E-15).The regression equation between weight gain and average daily feed intake was established.There was no significant difference in laying rate,egg weight and serum biochemical indexes among hens in each group(P>0.05).The results showed that the average daily feed intake of Dagu chicken hens was 99.65 g,and the metabolizable energy intake was 1.097 MJ/(hens·d),which could keep the body weight stable.The results laid a foundation for determining the suitable nutritional requirements of Dagu chicken hens and improving production and economic benefits.
