摘要
随机选取4~8周龄期间经30%能量限制的健康哈博德父母代母雏,研究能量限制对其生产性能及血清生化指标的影响。结果表明:30%能量限制后,肉鸡的体重、平均日增重和腹脂率显著降低;血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著升高,丙二醛含量极显著降低,尿酸水平极显著升高;血清甘油三酯和总胆固醇水平极显著降低,较对照分别下降32.2%和13.7%;血清尿素氮水平显著升高;血清碱性磷酸酶水平极显著降低。可见30%能量限制可提高肉鸡的抗氧化水平和降低血脂。
