基于产业学院的软件技术应用型人才培养模式优化

摘要 本研究探讨了产业学院视角下的软件技术专业应用型人才培养模式。综合考察合作企业的反馈以及毕业生调研数据,识别当前软件技术专业应用型人才培养中的关键问题。基于这些问题,从人才培养模式创新、学科交叉融合、课程设置优化和教学资源整合等多个方面提出了具体的优化策略。结合高职院校在产业学院模式下的实践,验证了这些优化措施在提升学生能力和满足企业需求方面的有效性,为软件技术人才培养的改革与发展提供参考。 This study discusses the training mode for applied talents for software technology majors from the perspective of industrial college.The key problems in the training of applied talents of software technology major are identified by comprehensively examining the feedback of cooperative enterprises and the survey data of graduates.In response to these issues,specific optimization strategies were proposed,focusing on innovation in the training mode,interdisciplinary integration,curriculum setting optimization,and the consolidation of teaching resources.Combined with the practice of higher vocational colleges in the mode of industrial college,the effectiveness of these optimization measures in improving students'ability and meeting the needs of enterprises is verified,which provides a reference for the reform and development of software technology talents training.
