摘要
随着全球能源结构的深度调整,能源转型已成为推动经济社会可持续发展的关键力量。与此同时,新质生产力作为先进生产力的具体体现形式,正逐步成为引领经济社会发展的新动力。文章基于能源转型与新质生产力的内在联系,论证了两者在技术创新、产业发展、经济效益和社会福利方面存在协同效应,分析了发挥这种协同效应在技术创新与转化、产业结构、基础设施建设、政策与制度环境及社会接受程度等四个方面面临的风险,并提出相应的对策建议,以期助力经济社会的可持续发展。
With the adjustment of the global energy mix,energy transition has become a key force in promoting sustainable economic and social development.At the same time,creative quality based productive dynamic,as advanced productivity,is gradually becoming a new driving force to lead economic and social development.Based on the intrinsic logic between energy transition and creative quality based productive dynamic,it's argued that there is a synergistic effect between the two in terms of technological innovation,industrial development,economic benefits,and social effects,and further examines the risks faced by leveraging this synergistic effect in terms of technological innovation and transition,industrial structure,infrastructure construction,policy and institutional environment,and social acceptance,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to facilitate sustainable socio-economic development.
