摘要
深化国际区域经济合作是实现以共享为目的的高质量发展的必由之路。基于2002—2022年中国31个省(市、自治区)与RCEP成员国的面板数据,分析经济合作对城乡收入差距的影响,研究发现:总体上看,中国同RCEP国家间的经济合作会扩大城乡收入差距。在进行多种稳健性检验后,结果仍然显著。机制分析显示,经济合作会通过产业结构升级和技术进步扩大城乡收入差距。异质性检验的结果表明,在中西部地区,经济合作缩小了城乡收入差距。为了更好地发挥区域经济合作对城乡融合发展的作用,应实施差异化的区域发展政策,加强在不同时间节点上的政策引导,同时优化产业结构与技术进步的利益分配机制,从而促进社会公平与和谐发展。
Deepening international and regional economic cooperation constitutes the sole approach to attaining high-quality development for the purpose of sharing.Based on the panel data of 31 Chinese provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)and RCEP member countries from 2002 to 2022,the influence of economic cooperation on the rural-urban income gap is analyzed.It is found that economic cooperation between China and RCEP countries will broaden the rural-urban income gap.The findings remain significant after various robustness tests.Mechanism analysis indicates that economic cooperation will expand the urban-rural income gap via industrial structure upgrading and technological advancement.The results of the heterogeneity test reveal that economic cooperation has narrowed the urban-rural income gap in the central and western regions.To better exert the role of regional economic cooperation in urban-rural integrated development,differentiated regional development policies should be implemented,policy guidance should be strengthened at different time nodes,and the benefit distribution mechanism of industrial structure and technological progress should be optimized to promote social equity and harmonious development.
