摘要
目的 探讨益气活血化瘀方联合微生态制剂对早期糖尿病肾病的影响。方法 选取脾肾气虚型早期糖尿病肾病患者共84例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组42例。2组都给予常规干预,对照组予微生态制剂治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合益气活血化瘀方治疗。比较24 h尿微量白蛋白含量、中医证候积分、临床疗效及血清HCY、CysC、CRP水平。结果 治疗3个月,试验组24 h尿微量白蛋白含量、中医证候积分低于对照组,临床疗效优于对照组,血清HCY、CysC、CRP水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 益气活血化瘀方联合微生态制剂是早期糖尿病肾病的有效治疗方案,能够提高疗效、减少尿微量白蛋白含量、减轻临床症状和降低血清HCY、CysC、CRP水平。
Objective To investigate the influences of supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis recipe combined with microecological preparation in early diabetes nephropathy patients.Methods Eighty-four early diabetes nephropathy patients of spleen and kidney qi deficiency type were selected and randomly divided into the control group and experimental group,with 42 cases in each group.Besides conventional treatment,the control group was treated with microecological preparation.The experimental group was treated with supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis recipe combined with microecological preparation.Urinary microalbumin content,total score of TCM syndrome,clinical efficacy and serum HCY,CysC and CRP levels were compared in 24 h.Results After 3 months of treatment,24 h urinary microalbumin content and total score of TCM syndrome of experimental group were lower than those of control group,clinical efficacy was better than that of control group,serum HCY,CysC and CRP levels were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis recipe combined with microecological preparation is an effective treatment plan for early diabetic nephropathy,which can improve curative effect,reduce urinary microalbumin content,alleviate clinical symptoms and reduce serum HCY,CysC and CRP levels.
