摘要
美国政府近年来通过行政命令和预算调整,强化了在量子科学和量子教育方面的投入,了解美国国家科学基金会(NSF)如何支持量子教育,对我国应对全球科技竞争具有深远意义。本研究搜集了目前NSF所有在研的与量子教育相关的研究项目,对这些项目的研究内容进行了分析。结果显示,美国的量子教育研究覆盖了从基础教育到高等教育的全部学段,研究重点已从“第一次量子革命”的物理理论教学转为面向“第二次量子革命”的量子信息实际应用教学,并特别强调教育研究与量子信息劳动力市场的直接联系。
In recent years,the U.S.government has strengthened its investment in quantum science and education through executive orders and budget adjustments.Understanding how the National Science Foundation(NSF)supports quantum education is of profound significance for China to respond to global technological competition.This study has collected all current NSF-funded research projects related to quantum education and analyzed the content of these projects.The results show that quantum education research in the United States covers all levels of education from K-12 to universities.The focus of research has shifted from the physical theory teaching of the“first quantum revolution”to the practical application teaching of quantum information in the“second quantum revolution”,with particular emphasis on the direct connection between educational research and the quantum information labor market.
