摘要
介绍钢丝表面耐磨涂层以及涂覆润滑脂的作用:可以有效减缓钢丝表面微动磨损,并具有一定的防锈能力,推迟制绳钢丝微动疲劳断丝的发生并延长电梯钢丝绳使用寿命。根据润滑脂的组成和使用条件,确定润滑脂配方;通过不同组分防止磨损对比试验,筛选出防止微动磨损最好的成分配方。通过疲劳试验,验证了润滑脂延长电梯钢丝绳疲劳寿命的效果。
To introduce effect of wear-resistant coating and lubricating grease on steel wire surface.it can effectively slow down occurrence of micro motion wear on steel wire surface,and has certain anti rust ability,delaying occurrence of micro motion fatigue fracture of rope making steel wire and extending service life of elevator wire rope.Determine formula of lubricating grease based on its composition and usage conditions;By conducting comparative tests on different components to prevent wear,the best ingredient formula for preventing micro motion wear is selected.The effect of lubricating grease on prolonging fatigue life of elevator wire rope has been verified through fatigue tests.
