土建工程建设中深基坑降排水设计方案的对比研究

摘要 在深基坑降排水设计方案中,为获得较好的降水效果,在常见基坑降水方案的基础上,结合实际工程,对大口径井点降水和封闭降水的应用效果进行分析,对比两种方法的应用效果,以及相关施工要求。对比后发现,封闭降水法结合支护体系可以较好地为沟槽开挖施工提供“无水”环境,获得较好的降水效果,且周围地表没有发生沉降变形的情况,基坑主体施工质量和现状建筑物质量均得到满足。 In the deep foundation pit drainage design scheme,in order to obtain better dewatering effect,based on the common foundation pit dewatering scheme,combined with the actual project,the application effect of large-diameter well point dewatering and closed dewatering is analyzed,and the application effect of the two methods is compared,as well as the related construction requirements.After comparison,it is found that the closed dewatering method combined with the supporting system can provide a“waterless”environment for the trench excavation construction,and obtain a good dewatering effect.Besides,the surrounding surface does not settle and deform,and the construction quality of the main foundation pit and the quality of the current building are satisfied.
