摘要
在毛里塔尼亚五星级宾馆项目地下泳池泵房工程中,存在工程环境恶劣、排水困难、渗漏风险大的问题。为了保证现场作业安全、工程质量,减少工期损失,文章提出对泵房结构的内力进行精确计算和稳定性分析,并编制了一套专项施工方案。结果表明,泵站各处侧墙、底板、顶板的选用配筋满足最小配筋率及计算配筋结果,计算最大裂缝宽度均小于规范要求裂缝宽度允许值,其工艺流程及技术要点均满足规范要求,且应用效果明显。该施工方案具有安全、高效的优点,解决了地下水位埋深浅条件下泵房工程施工困难的问题,为房建项目中泵房施工提供了技术参考,适宜在毛里塔尼亚及类似地区推广应用。
In the underground swimming pool pump house project of the five-star hotel project in Mauritania,there are problems such as poor engineering environment,difficult drainage and high leakage risk.In order to ensure the safety of site operation,the quality of engineering and reduce the loss of construction period,this paper proposes to carry out accurate calculation and stability analysis of the internal force of the pump house structure,and formulates a set of special construction scheme.The results show that the selection of reinforcement in the sidewalls,bottom plates and roofs of the pumping station meets the minimum reinforcement ratio and the calculated reinforcement results.The maximum crack width calculated is less than the allowable value of the crack width required by the specification.Its technological process and technical points all meet the requirements of the specification,and the application effect is obvious.The construction scheme has the advantages of safety and high efficiency,which solves the problem of pump house construction difficulty under the condition of shallow groundwater level,and provides technical references for pump house construction in housing construction projects.It is suitable for popularization and application in Mauritania and similar areas.
