煤矿综放工作面“支架-围岩”系统稳定性优化研究

摘要 针对胜利煤业综放工作面系统稳定性差、亟需优化的问题,以胜利煤业120210综放工作面“支架-围岩”系统为切入点,对该综放工作面煤层进行数值仿真。结合矿压监测分析,对大倾角综放开采中的“支架-围岩”体系的工作面倾角、支架工作状态和巷道变形破坏等特征进行研究,对综放工作面采煤参数、放煤工艺分区和不同区域内的“支架-围岩”系统的稳定性进行优化。经过优化,工作面的平均月产能达到了25.38万t,最高月产达到了34.48万t,回采率提高了12%,开采工效达到了16.7 t/d。与调整前相比,年产值增加了1.835亿元,比调整前提高了15.4%。 In view of the problems of poor stability and urgent need for optimization of the fully mechanized caving face system in Shengli Coal Industry,taking the"support-surrounding rock"system of the 120210 fully mechanized caving face of Shengli Coal Industry as the entry point,numerical simulation is conducted on the coal seam of this fully mechanized caving face.Combined with mine pressure monitoring analysis,the characteristics of the"supportsurrounding rock"system in large inclination angle fully mechanized caving mining,such as the working face inclination angle,support working status,roadway deformation and failure,and others are studied.The coal mining parameters,coal caving process zoning,and stability of the"support-surrounding rock"system in different areas of the fully mechanized caving face are optimized.After optimization,the average monthly production capacity of the working face reaches 253800 tons,the highest monthly production reaches 344800 tons,the recovery rate increases by 12%,and the mining operation efficiency reaches 16.7 t/d.Compared with before adjustment,the annual output value increases by 183.5 million yuan,15.4%higher than that before the adjustment.
