摘要
针对当前赋存条件好煤矿的日益减少,且对于大倾角煤矿有效开采技术不足的问题,提出一种新的大倾角煤层高效开采的采煤工艺,利用FLAG3D进行实际地质环境数值模拟,分析了三种倾角煤层的工作面应力分布和破坏场特征,根据分析结果和规律对现有的采煤工艺进行优化,并在某工作面进行了工程应用,最终得出三种倾角煤层在开采变换前后的围岩应力和破坏场的变化规律具有很强的指导性,并且优化的采煤工艺具有很强的适应性和可靠性,能够实现稳定可靠的高效综采,具有很大应用和推广价值。
In view of the decreasing number of coal mines with good deposit conditions and the lack of effective mining technology for large inclined coal mines,a new mining technology is proposed for the efficient mining of large inclined coal seams.A new coal mining process for efficient mining of large inclined coal seams is proposed,and FLAG3D is used to numerically simulate the actual geological environment,analyse the stress distribution and damage field characteristics of the working face of three inclined coal seams,optimise the existing coal mining process according to the analysis results and laws,and carry out engineering application in a working face.The optimized coal mining process has strong adaptability and reliability,and can achieve stable and reliable high-efficiency integrated mining,which has great application and promotion value.
