教育数字化转型下创新型人才培养的变与不变

摘要 在教育数字化转型背景下,ChatGPT等生成式人工智能推动创新型人才培养变革存在可能与限度,变与不变的辩证逻辑为整体把握和系统研判教育数字化转型下创新型人才培养提供了新视域。教育数字化转型下创新型人才培养之“变”表征为培养主体由一元独立主体转变为三元交互主体,培养目标由当下比较优势转变为未来竞争优势,培养范式由教师课堂独白转变为生态联盟培育。其“不变”在于坚守“人培养人”的培养主体传统,坚守“成己成人”的培养目标传统,坚守“言传身教”的培养范式传统。“变”与“不变”的辩证关系体现了技术与教育发展的动态平衡、教育深层次的连续性,创新型人才培养亟须守正创新:基于人机共生,维护人的在场与第一主体性;面向未来竞争,培养全面、个性化发展的人;探索复合范式,关怀个体的生命成长与发展。 In the context of the digital transformation of education,there are possibilities and limits for generative artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT to promote the transformation of innovative talent training.The dialectical logic of change and unchanging provides a new perspective for the overall grasp and systematic study of innovative talent training under the digital transformation of education.The"change"in the cultivation of innovative talents under the digital transformation of education is characterized by the change of the training subject from a single independent subject to a three-way interactive subject,the change of the training goal from the current comparative advantage to the future competitive advantage,and the change of the training paradigm from the teacher's classroom monologue to the cultivation of ecological alliance.Its"invariability"lies in adhering to the training subject tradition of"cultivating people",adhering to the training goal tradition of"becoming an adult"and adhering to the training paradigm tradition of"teaching by words and deeds".The dialectical relationship between"change"and"invariance"reflects the dynamic balance between the development of technology and education and the deep continuity of education.The cultivation of innovative talents needs to adhere to the right innovation:based on human-machine symbiosis,human presence and first subjectivity are maintained;Facing the future competition,training comprehensive and personalized development of people;Explore the complex paradigm and care for the growth and development of individual life.
