摘要
晋商家训文化是中华传统家训文化和晋商文化的重要组成部分,是晋商对子孙进行德教的重要形式和途径,其在育人目标、育人原则和育人功能等方面能够与新时代高校思想政治教育相互融通。将二者进行有机融合,不仅可以提升高校思想政治教育的实效性,也可以推动晋商家训文化在新时代实现创造性转化和创新性发展。为此,我们应正确看待晋商家训文化对于高校思想政治教育的价值意蕴,以培育可堪重任的时代新人为目标,以“五育”并举为基本进路,发挥高校、家庭和社会的育人合力,将其融入高校思想政治教育的主渠道和育人载体,助力高校落实立德树人的根本任务。
Jin merchant family instruction culture,as an important part of traditional Chinese family instruction culture and Jin merchant culture,serves as a significant means for Jin merchants to undertake moral education for their descendants.Combining the merchant family instruction culture with ideological and political education in universities cannot only enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education but also promote the transformation of the Jin merchant family instruction culture in the new era.Therefore,it is necessary to utilize the Jin merchant family instruction culture in ideological and political education of universities,cultivate new talents that are capable of taking more responsibilities for the era,and leverage the combined efforts of universities,families and society in“Five Education”.Integrating the Jin merchant family instruction culture in the mainstream platforms of ideological and political education in universities is useful for universities to fulfill their fundamental task of fostering virtue education.
