摘要
以学前儿童观察评价系统(COR Advantage)、教学策略评价体系(GOLD?)、预期发展结果档案(DRDP)为代表的儿童发展评价工具聚焦儿童发展与质量提升过程,强调“完整儿童”和发展的“去年龄化”,坚持以教师为主导,基于观察、嵌入课程、技术支持的真实性评价,具有发展适宜性和较高的信效度。这给我国教师提高儿童评价有效性带来启发:加快研发本土化评价工具,加强技术支持;提供针对性、持续性培训,保障评价的可靠性与有效性;邀请家长参与评价,展现儿童全方位发展图式;理性看待儿童发展评价的“角色”,合理利用儿童发展数据。
Preschool Childhood Observation Record(COR Advantage),Teaching Strategies Assessment System(GOLD)and Desired Result Developmental Profile(DRDP),as typical early childhood assessment tools,focus on the process of child development and early childhood education quality improvement,emphasizing the“complete child”and the“de-aging”of development,and adhering to the teacher s-leading assessment based on observation,embedded curriculum,and technical support,which enjoys the developmental suitability and high reliability and validity.This provides inspiration for Chinese teachers to improve the effectiveness of child assessment:accelerating the development of localized assessment tools to strengthen the support of technology for assessment work;providing targeted and continuous training to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of assessments;inviting parents to participate in assessment to show the comprehensive development pattern of children;reasonably viewing the role of child development assessment and to make reasonable use of child development data.
