摘要
针对非专业的运动者,在运动过程中往往忽视血氧和心率等重要身体机能指标,这些指标不仅影响运动效率,而且在身体不满足高强度运动条件下,存在潜在的健康隐患。为满足非专业运动者健康运动需求,设计一款基于STM32F103C8T6单片机智能生活运动辅助仪系统,包括设备端和手机端,设备端有数据采集模块、信号处理模块、数据显示模块三大部分,手机端配备专用安卓平台App,内置专业的运动视频,在不同身体机能条件下,全方位地提供最佳的运动指导,可实现运动生活简单化、健康化、专业化,为智能生活运动辅助设备的研究奠定一定基础。
The design is intended for non-professional exercisers who ignore important physical indicators such as blood oxygen and heart rate during exercise.These indicators can not only affect exercise efficiency but also be hazardous to health if exercisers fail to meet the physical conditions for high-intensity exercise.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of non-professional exercisers for healthy exercise,an intelligent exercise aid system based on STM32 microcontroller is designed.The system incorporates the device side and the mobile phone side.The device side is composed of modules of data acquisition,signal processing and data display while the mobile phone side is equipped with exclusive Android platform APP and built-in professional sports videos.The system can provide exercisers in different physical conditions with the best movement guidance in all aspects and make sports simple,healthy and professional.It is hoped that this study will lay a foundation for the research into intelligent sports aid equipment.
