摘要
目的探讨乌鳖返春口服液治疗卵巢低反应(POR)的临床疗效。方法选取江苏省常州市金坛区中医医院2021年3月至2022年3月确诊为预期POR且拟行体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者采用常规IVF/ICSI;观察组患者预处理乌鳖返春口服液连续治疗3个月经周期。结果治疗后,两组患者的基础卵泡刺激素(FSH)、抗穆勒管激素(AMH)、窦卵泡计数(AFC)水平显著改善。与对照组比较,观察组患者的FSH和中医症状评分显著提高(P<0.05),促性腺激素(Gn)用量与天数显著降低,人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日雌二醇(E_(2))水平和获卵数均显著增加(P<0.05)。结论乌鳖返春口服液治疗POR可明显改善患者的临床症状,提高卵巢反应性,减少Gn用量及天数,提高HCG日E_(2)水平,增加获卵数。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wubiefanchun Oral Liquid in the treatment of ovarian hyporesponsiveness(POR).Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with expected POR and planned to undergo IVF/ICSI ET in the Jintan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional IVF/ICSI,while the observation group was pretreated with Wubiefanchun Oral Liquid for 3 menstrual cycles.Results After treatment,the levels of basal follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),anti Mullerian hormone(AMH),and antral follicle count(AFC)in the two groups significantly improved.Compared with those in the control group,the FSH and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores in the observation group significantly improved(P<0.05),the dosage and duration of gonadotropin(Gn)in the observation group significantly reduced,and the daily estradiol(E_(2))levels and egg retrieval of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in the observation group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-Treatment of POR with Wubiefanchun Oral Liquid can significantly improve clinical symptoms,increase ovarian responsiveness,reduce Gn dosage and duration,increase the daily E_(2) level of HCG,and increase the number of retrieved eggs.
