摘要
以鄂北地区水资源配置工程为背景,介绍了系统分析与决策方法在工程变更方案选择中的应用。通过确定目标、收集资料、预测未来、拟定方案、方案评估、方案优选等,运用决策分析系统将各种资料数据进行综合处理,对非量化数据、指标进行量化处理,减少了方案选择中的盲目性、主观性与武断性,为今后类似的方案选择提供宝贵的经验。
With the background of the water resources allocation project in North Hubei Province,we introduces the application of system analysis and decision-making methods in the selection of engineering change programs.By analyzing goals,collecting information,predicting the future,formulating plans,evaluating plans,and optimizing plans,we apply a decision analysis system to synthesize data from a variety of sources.Quantitative processing of non-quantitative data and indicators reduces the blindness,subjectivity and arbitrariness in program selection.The study serves as a valuable experience for future decision-making in similar programs.
