摘要
文章建立了信息化设备维修保障方案评估体系,应用传统的DEA模型——C2R,对信息化设备维修保障方案进行了评估研究。经实例验证发现,该模型在评估维修保障方案方面具有较高的可行性与可靠性,对于提高信息化设备维修保障方案评估能力具有一定的参考价值。
This article establishes an evaluation system for the maintenance and support plan of information equipment,and applies the traditional DEA model-C2R to evaluate and study the maintenance and support plan of information equipment.Through instance verification,it was found that the model has high feasibility and reliability in evaluating maintenance support plans,and has certain reference value for improving the evaluation ability of information equipment maintenance support plans.
