摘要
近年来,新疆头屯河流域管理局以水环境提升、水生态修复为导向,以解决群众关心关切的突出水问题为重点,全面落实生态治理措施,将头屯河因地制宜打造成造福各族人民的幸福河。以头屯河生态修复工程为例,剖析了在流域水环境综合治理中实现幸福河目标的途径和方法,可为类似中小流域开展幸福河建设工作提供参考与借鉴。
Oriented towards water environment improvement and water ecology restoration,the Xinjiang Toutun River Basin Administration has implemented ecological remediation measures focused on addressing outstanding problems in recent years,aiming to transform the Toutun River into a happy river that benefits people of all ethnic groups.The practical paths and methods to achieve remediation objectives for the Happy River are expounded to serve as a reference for similar constructions in small and medium-sized watersheds.
