全程式教学融入金工实习课程教学改革

Teaching reform of the metalworking practice course by integrating whole-process teaching

摘要 为了提升学生学习主动性、适应行业快速发展、满足人才培养需求,上海理工大学金工实习课程开展了多方面的课程改革,将思想政治元素贯穿教学过程实现教学内容的充实,采用全程式-过程化的考核模式改进课程评价方式,抓紧人才培养的时效性与层次化满足人才需求,三方面协同推进,有效地加大了学生自主学习兴趣、提高了教学质量,培养了学生动手实践、创新等能力。 In order to enhance students learning initiative,adapt to the rapid development of the industry,and meet the needs of talent training,the metalwork practice course has carried out a multi-faceted curriculum reform,the ideological and political elements through the teaching process to achieve the enrichment of teaching content,the use of the whole process of the assessment mode to improve the evaluation of the course,and to grasp the timeliness and hierarchical level of talent training to meet the demand for talent,the synergistic promotion of the three aspects has effectively increased students interest in independent learning,improved the quality of teaching,and cultivated students abilities of hands-on practice and innovation.
