阐述配网不停电作业的技术,包括地电位作业技术的使用、中间点位作业技术的使用、综合不停电作业法。探讨带电作业危险点的预控策略,避免在恶劣天气的带电作业风险。
This paper describes the technology of uninterrupted operation in distribution networks,including the use of ground potential operation technology,the use of intermediate point operation technology,and comprehensive uninterrupted operation method.It explores pre control strategies for hazardous points in live work to avoid the risk of live work in adverse weather conditions.
