摘要
随着近些年深圳中小学校建筑新建筑形态和功能布局的不断变化,学校使用方陆续反映新建筑中的大跨度操场屋面结构存在诸多工程问题。对此提出了相应的解决思路和办法,同时推荐了一种新的高效且高舒适度大跨楼盖结构,为该类建筑提供了一种新的结构解决方案。进一步通过实际案例的数据对比分析,说明了该结构的诸多优势,如该结构体系将大部分构件的弯剪内力转化为轴向力,使结构材料的利用率提高、工程量减少、工程造价大幅降低;又由于大部分构件的弯剪变形也转化为轴向变形,使得结构的总体变形得到较好的控制,楼盖的舒适度也有了较大的提升,因此是一种非常适合于这种大跨操场屋面的结构。为了更好地推广该结构,最后提出了该大跨结构的设计构造措施要点和避免屋面裂缝的应对措施。
In recent years,with the continuous changes in the new architectural form and functional layout of primary and secondary school buildings in Shenzhen,school users have reported that there are many engineering problems in the large⁃span playground roof structure of new buildings.The corresponding solutions and methods were proposed,and a new high⁃efficiency and high⁃comfort large⁃span roof structure was recommended,which provides a new structural solution for this kind of buildings.Further through the data comparative analysis of the actual case,the advantages of the structure were explained,such as the structural system will convert most of the flexural shear force into axial force,which improves the utilization rate of structural materials,reduces the engineering quantity and greatly reduces the engineering cost,and because the bending and shear deformation of most of the components is also transformed into axial deformation,the overall deformation of the structure is better controlled,and the comfort level of the roof has also been greatly improved,so it is a very suitable for the structure of the large⁃span playground roof.In order to promote the structure well,the main points of the design and construction of the large⁃span structure and the countermeasures to avoid roof cracks were put forward at last.
