多元主体参与城市社区建设并推动其治理创新,在城市治理创新的语境下,各主体凭借自身的资源优势,通过与外界建立联系、构建网络形成圈子的模式,以“空间改造”为触媒、借助新媒体、创意活动品牌、借力政府等路径介入城市社区的治理创新,不仅取得了良好的社会效益,也为当前的社区治理带来了新的思路。面对当前城市社区极化现象的社会特质,新华路街道的社区营造经验对于激发城市社区活力、重构“政府一市场一社会”之间的关系、营造社区生活共同体都具有重要的启示。
