航空铝合金薄板自冲铆接头静力学性能的研究 被引量:1

Study on Static Mechanical Performance of Self-Piercing Riveted Joints of Aviation Aluminum Alloy Sheets

摘要 自冲铆是近年兴起的一种性能优异、绿色和高效的连接新技术,可连接同种、异种和多层板材,有望成为航空轻合金薄板材料连接的关键技术。本文以2A12(A组)和6061(B组)异质自冲铆接头为研究对象,进行静力学性能测试及失效微观分析,对接头成形质量、力学性能、失效形式及失效机理进行系统分析。结果表明:SBA(6061-2A12)接头成形质量最佳,SBB(6061-6061)接头密封性能最好,SAA(2A12-2A12)接头对称性最优;SAA接头具有最强静载强度,SBB接头具有最优抗震吸收能力,SBA和SAB(2A12-6061)接头的综合力学性能较好。SBB接头失效形式均为拉脱失效;SAA接头失效形式最不稳定,出现了3种不同失效形式;接头最主要的失效形式是拉脱失效。 Self-piercing riveting is a new connection technology emerged in recent years with excellent performance,green and high efficiency.It can connect the same,dissimilar and multi-layer sheets,and is expected to become the key technology for the connection of aviation light alloy sheet materials.Taking 2A12(group A)and 6061(group B)heterogeneous self-piercing riveted joints as the research objects,the static performance test and failure microscopic analysis were carried out,and the forming quality,mechanical properties,failure mode and failure mechanism of the joints were systematically analyzed.The results show that the SBA(6061-2A12)joint has the best forming quality,the SBB(6061-6061)joint has the best sealing performance,and the SAA(2A12-2A12)joint has the best symmetry.The SAA joint has the strongest static load strength,the SBB joint has the best shock absorption capacity,and the SBA and SAB joints have good comprehensive mechanical properties;the failure modes of SBB joints are all pull-out failures;the failure modes of SAA(2A12-6061)joints are the most unstable,and three different failure modes appear;the main failure mode of joints is pull-out.
