摘要
某六缸曲轴在成品探伤过程中发现第5连杆颈表面存在裂纹,经过宏观分析、微观分析、能谱微区成分分析等对裂纹进行了综合分析。结果表明:原材料的残余缩孔是产生裂纹的主要原因,残余缩孔在后续的轧制、锻造以及调质过程中扩展呈裂纹形态并延伸至表面。
A six-cylinder crankshaft was found to have cracks on the surface of the fifth connecting rod neck during the flaw detection process of the finished product.The crack was comprehensively analyzed by means of macro analysis,micro analysis,energy spectrummicro area composition analysis and so on.The results show that the crack is caused by residual shrinkage holes in the raw material,which extend to the surface after the subsequent rolling,forging and quenching process.
