摘要
对包钢2250mm热轧线生产的SPHC钢卷出现边部裂纹进行了分析,认为钢卷w[Mn]/w[S]较低,使板坯边角部位易出现微裂纹,并在轧制过程中随着金属流变至带钢边部而形成缺陷。经实践,w[Mn]/w[S]≥12时,可有效避免SPHC边部裂纹的出现。
The edge cracks on SPHC coil produced in 2 250ram hot rolling line of Baotou Steel is analyzed. It is con- cluded that the lower w [ Mn ]/w [ S ] of coil can cause micro cracks in the edge and comer of slab, forming defects along with the metal flow to the edge of the strip during rolling process. In practice, when w[ Mn]/w[ S] ≥ 12, SPHC edge crack can be effectively avoided.
