固相萃取-气相色谱法测定油料中5种香精香料

Determination of 5 flavor and perfume in oil seeds by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography method

摘要 建立一种通过固相萃取-气相色谱法同时测定油料中香兰素、甲基香兰素、乙基香兰素、乙基麦芽酚和2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪的方法。方法采用固相萃取柱C18为净化材料,以乙腈和水体积比20∶3为提取溶剂,经超声提取时间20 min后采用CD-WAX毛细管色谱柱进行样品分析。结果表明,建立的方法在0.5~200.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,回收率为95.2%~104.2%,RSD为1.24%~4.54%,检出限和定量限分别均为0.5 mg/kg和1.5 mg/kg。 A method was established for the simultaneous determination of vanillin,methyl vanillin,ethyl vanillin,ethyl maltol and 2,3,5-trimethylpyrazine in oil seeds by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography.Solid phase extraction column C18 was used as the purification material,with volume ratio of acetonitrile to water of 20∶3 as the extraction solvent.After ultrasonic extraction for 20 min,the sample was analyzed by using CD-WAX capillary chromatography column.The results showed that the method had a good linear relationship within the range of 0.5-20.0 mg/L,with a recovery rate of 95.2%-104.2%and an RSD of 1.24%-4.54%.The detection limit and quantification limit were 0.5 mg/kg and 1.5 mg/kg,respectively.
