摘要 香精香料作为重要的精细化学品组成部分,与人们的生活品质和健康密切相关,已经渗透到我们生活的方方面面,但有些香料长期积累在体内会危害健康,为保证安全需对香料的使用量严格监控。本文综述了香精香料检测的研究进展,包括香精香料的分类,检测前样品处理方法及常用的分析、检测手段,并介绍了各方法的特点以及如何根据香精香料性质选择适合的前处理方法和检测方法。 As one of the important parts of fine chemicals,spices and essences show close relationship with people 爷 s living standard and health,which have penetrated into all aspects of our lives. However,some spices and essences are not absolutely safe if they are accumulated for a long-term in vivo. In order to ensure the safety of the use of spices and essences,their dosages need to be controlled strictly. The research progress of spices and essences detection, including the classification,pre-treatment and common detection methods, were reviewed. Moreover, the characteristics of each method and how to select the appropriate pre-treatment methods and detection methods were introduced according to the nature of spices and essences.
