摘要
目的:分析中国葡萄研究领域高被引论文,帮助农业科学类期刊编辑和科研工作者发现研究热点,为葡萄科技工作者开展科技扶贫、助力乡村振兴提供借鉴。方法:采用CiteSpace软件,利用中国知网学术文献总库平台,检索2012—2021年刊发的以“葡萄”为篇名的文章,遴选被引频次前1%的200篇论文为研究对象,探讨高被引论文时间分布、机构与地市分布、期刊分布、作者分布、学科及关键词分布、基金资助等问题。结果:2012—2016年发表的论文数量和被引频次占比均较高,分别占81.5%和82.0%。葡萄研究集中分布于陕西、山东、北京、江苏、河南、上海、新疆维吾尔自治区(占比为60.5%)。高等院校是高被引论文的主要产出地(占比为66.5%)。94.5%的葡萄研究领域高被引论文都有基金资助,且主要来源于国家级基金(占比为74.5%)。《果树学报》《食品科学》《中国农业科学》《农业工程学报》等4种期刊发表高被引论文82篇(占比为41.0%)。4~7位作者合著论文占比为73.5%,5位作者合著论文占比最高(22.0%);论文的作者主要为硕士和博士群体,占比分别为62.0%和32.5%。结论:葡萄研究领域高被引论文主要分布在园艺、轻工业手工业、植物保护、农业经济等4个学科,其中园艺学科占比最大(71.5%);受关注的关键词有葡萄、品质、酿酒葡萄、产量、光合作用、花色苷等。
Objective:Analyzing highly-cited papers in the field of grape research in China can help editors of agricultural science journals and agricultural researchers identify research hotspots,and provide reference for grape science and technology workers to carry out technological poverty alleviation and assist rural revitalization.Methods:From the perspective of bibliometrics,with the help of CNKI's academic literature database platform,papers with"grape"in their titles published from 2012 to 2021 were searched,and 200 papers with citation frequencies ranking in the top 1%were selected as the research object to discuss the year distribution,institution and city distribution,journal distribution,author distribution,discipline and keyword distribution,funding and other issues of highly-cited papers.Results:The results showed that the number of papers published and the frequency of citations from 2012 to 2016 were both relatively high,accounting for 81.5%and 82.0%,respectively.The distribution of grape studies was concentrated in Shaanxi,Shandong,Beijing,Jiangsu,Henan,Shanghai,and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(accounting for 60.5%).Higher education institutions were the main producers of highly-cited papers(accounting for 66.5%),and 94.5%of high-cited papers about grape had funding support,mainly from national-level funds(accounting for 74.5%).82 highly-cited papers(accounting for 42.0%)were published in four journals,namely Journal of Fruit Science,Food Science,Scientia Agricultura Sinica and Transactions of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering.The proportion of papers co-authored by 4—7 authors was 73.5%,and papers co-authored by 5 authors accounted for the highest proportion(22.0%),and the papers were mainly published by masters and doctors/phDs,accounting for 62.0%and 32.5%,respectively.Conclusion:The highly-cited papers in the field of grape research were mainly distributed in four disciplines:horticulture,light industry and handicraft industry,plant protection,and agricultural economy,of which horti
