以职业医师资格考试为导向的阅读推广服务模式构建研究

摘要 为了进一步完善高校图书馆的阅读推广服务,吉林医药学院图书馆将三元交互理论作为理论指导,以职业医师资格考试为导向,由此构建全新的阅读推广服务模式。具体的服务流程包括调查学生的学习目标、学生个体因素与学习目标量化与对应、通过阅读推广完善个体行为、环境因素与个体行为的融合、学习目标与三元交互理论的动态调整等。经为期4个月的阅读推广服务后,采取以上服务模式的对照组学生,与接受常规阅读推广服务的对照组学生比较,多项观察指标具有明显差异。如在读者的服务体会方面,观察组学生对推送图书的丰富性、推送图书的目的性、推送图书的引导性、推送图书与自身需求的匹配性等评分均高于对照组。在服务的满意率方面,观察组学生总满意率高于对照组。由此可见,三元交互理论视域下以职业医师资格考试为导向的阅读推广服务模式,有效提高了高校图书馆阅读推广服务的效果。 In order to further improve the reading promotion services of university libraries,the library of Jilin Medical College will use the theory of ternary interaction as a theoretical guidance,guided by the professional physician qualification exam,and thus construct a new reading promotion service model.The specific service process includes investigating students'learning objectives,quantifying and corresponding individual factors with learning objectives,improving individual behavior through reading promotion,integrating environmental factors with individual behavior,and dynamically adjusting learning objectives with the ternary interaction theory.After a 4-month reading promotion service,the control group of students who received the above service model showed significant differences in multiple observation indicators compared to the control group of students who received regular reading promotion services.In terms of readers'service experience,the observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of the richness of pushed books,the purpose of pushed books,the guidance of pushed books,and the matching of pushed books with their own needs.In terms of service satisfaction rate,the total satisfaction rate of students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.From this,it can be seen that the reading promotion service model guided by the professional physician qualification exam under the perspective of the ternary interaction theory has effectively improved the effectiveness of reading promotion services in university libraries.
