摘要
目的:分析手部软组织缺损皮瓣修复术围术期护理干预效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年5月滨州医学院附属医院收治的手部软组织缺损患者200例为研究对象,均接受皮瓣修复术治疗,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用围术期护理。比较两组手部功能障碍发生率、日常活动能力[日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分]、并发症发生率。结果:观察组手部功能障碍发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。护理前,两组ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组ADL评分高于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。结论:围术期护理干预能降低手部软组织缺损皮瓣修复术患者术后手部功能障碍发生率及并发症发生率,提高日常生活能力。
Objective:To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in repairing soft tissue defect of hand with skin flap.Methods:A total of two hundred patients with soft tissue defects of hands admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,all of whom received flap repair treatment,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with one hundred cases each.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received perioperative nursing.The incidence of hand dysfunction and daily activity ability[Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)score],complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of hand dysfunction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the ADL score of the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of hand dysfunction and complications and improve the ability of daily living of patients with repairing soft tissue defect of hand with skin flap.
