摘要
目的探讨优质护理干预在手外伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年7月1日-2015年6月30日入住我院的手外伤患者164例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各82例。对照组给予常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理基础上给予优质护理。采用焦虑自评表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评价两组的心理状态,并比较护理满意度。结果护理后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均有所降低,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理干预对于缓解手外伤患者的抑郁情绪具有良好的效果,可树立患者对治疗方案的信心,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in hand injury patients.Methods 164 patients with hand injury admitted into in our hospital from 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observational group and control group,with 82 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,the observational group was used high-quality nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.Psychological state in two groups was evaluated according to self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS）,and nursing satisfaction was evaluated. Results After nursing,SAS and SDS score was decreased in two groups,and the SAS and SDS score in observational group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The nursing total satisfaction in observational group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention can effectively release the depression in patients with hand injury and has good effect,can rebuild up confidence of patients to treatment and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worth of popularization and application.
