摘要
目的探讨强化护理干预对手外伤患者术后康复锻炼依从性的影响。方法将2012年5至12月的60例手外伤手术患者按照随机数字表分为对照组(常规护理组)30例和观察组(强化护理干预组)30例,然后将两组中不同社会支持程度者护理干预前与护理干预后4周的康复锻炼依从性进行比较。结果观察组的护理干预后4周的康复锻炼依从性均优于对照组,且观察组中不同社会支持程度者均优于对照组对应支持程度,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论强化护理干预对手外伤患者术后康复锻炼依从性的影响较大,有助于患者术后的快速康复。
Objective To investigate the influence of intensive nursing intervention for the rehabilitation exercise compliance after the operation in patients with hand injury. Methods 60 patients with hand injury and treated with operation from May 2012 to December 2012 were divided into control group （30 cases, routine nursing group） and observation group （30 cases, intensive nursing intervention group） by the random number table. The rehabilitation exercise compliance of two groups with different degree of social support before and after the nttrsing intervention at forth week were compared. Results The rehabilitation exercise compliance of observation group after the nursing intervention at forth week were better than those of control group, and those of observation group with different degree of social support were all better than those of control group with response degree of support, all P 〈0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusions The influence of intensive nursing intervention for the rehabilitation exercise compliance in patients with hand injury after the operation is great, and it is helpful for the rapid recovery of patients after the operation.
