摘要
目的:评估彩色多普勒超声在诊断冠心病心肌梗死并发症中的价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年8月西安宝石花长庆医院收治的冠心病心肌梗死患者90例作为研究对象。所有患者分别接受彩色多普勒超声检查和动脉造影检查。以临床综合诊断为“金标准”,比较两种方法冠心病心肌梗死并发症的价值。结果:彩色多普勒超声诊断冠心病心肌梗死并发症的准确度、灵敏度、特异度高于动脉造影,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:彩色多普勒超声在诊断冠心病心肌梗死并发症中的价值较高,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective:To assess the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of complications of coronary heart disease myocardial infarction.Methods:Ninety patients with coronary heart disease myocardial infarction admitted to GEM Flower Xian Changqing Staff Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as study subjects.All patients received color Doppler ultrasound examination and arteriography respectively.Clinical comprehensive diagnosis was taken as the"gold standard"to compare the value of complications of coronary heart disease myocardial infarction between the two methods.Results:The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound were higher than those of arteriography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease myocardial infarction complications,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound is of high value in the diagnosis of complications of coronary heart disease myocardial infarction,and is worthy of wide clinical application.
