摘要
借助光学显微镜及扫描电镜SEM对缺陷横截面的形貌、组分等进行检测,通过氮氧分析仪对成品线材的气体含量进行检验,认为因钢中氮含量高生成的大量TiN夹杂物是导致线材表面缺陷形成的根本原因。通过对ML20MnTiB生产过程加强控制,控制钢中氮含量≤0.0060%,可有效控制TiN夹杂物的生成,进而避免线材表面翘皮缺陷的产生。
The optical microscope and SEM were used to examine the morphology and composition defect of the cross-section,and the gas content of the finished wire was examined by a nitrogen oxide analyzer.It is considered that the large amount of TiN inclusions generated due to the high nitrogen content in steel which is the fundamental reason for the formation of surface defects in wire rods.By adjusting the charging structure of ML20MnTiB wire and strengthening the control of the production process,and then controlling the nitrogen content less than 0.0060%in the steel,can effectively control the generation of TiN inclusions,and the occurrence of warpage defects on the wire surface can be effectively avoided.
