摘要
职业教育智能治理是一种对智能技术引介与应用的技术治理形态,是推进职业教育治理现代化的重要抓手。职业教育智能治理基于大数据、通过算法、借助算力,形塑主体协同、资源共享、治理行为智慧化的职业教育治理生态,有利于重构“精准”的治理模式、重塑“动态”的治理范式、形成“主动”的治理过程,实现多元主体“分权”治理。然而,职业教育治理对智能技术的高度依赖可能会陷入“技术中心”、生成“数据洞穴”、造成“价值失衡”。职业教育智能治理要厘清角色定位、建构价值取向、塑造行动空间,保证治理主体自主性、治理理念人文性、治理秩序稳定性的有效嵌入,推动技术与技术、教育与技术、人与技术的相互建构与互相适应。
Intelligent governance of vocational education is a form of technological governance that introduces and applies intelligent technology,and it is an important hand in promoting the modernization of vocational education governance.Intelligent governance of vocational education is based on big data,through algorithms,and with the help of computing power,it shapes a vocational education governance ecosystem of collaborative subjects,shared resources,and intelligent governance behavior,which is conducive to reconstructing a precise governance model,reshaping a dynamic governance paradigm,forming a proactive governance process,and achieving multi-subject decentralization governance.However,the high dependence of vocational education governance on intelligent technology may fall into a technology center,generate a data cave,and cause value imbalance.Intelligent governance of vocational education should clarify role positioning,construct value orientation,shape action space,ensure the effective embedding of autonomy of governance subjects,humanistic nature of governance concepts,and stability of governance order,and promote mutual construction and adaptation between technology and technology,education and technology,and people and technology.
