摘要
智慧图书馆依赖先进的计算机技术和智能化设备,打破时间和空间的限制,为用户提供更加多样化、智能化、舒适化的服务。为深入了解智慧化图书馆的发展现状及其创新服务模式,文章选择河南省内市级社会化图书馆和本科高校图书馆作为调研对象,通过查看其官网提供的个性化智慧推荐服务情况,结合文献研究,总结存在的问题,并依据个性化推荐原理,综合考虑用户属性、书籍特征、时间因素,提出了基于智慧推荐的图书馆服务创新模式框架,该框架旨在优化图书馆智慧推荐服务形式,提升用户体验,推动智慧图书馆服务的进一步发展。同时,这一框架也为河南省图书馆智慧化建设提供了有益的借鉴和参考。
Intelligent libraries rely on advanced computer technology and intelligent equipment to break the limitations of time and space,and provide users with more diversified,intelligent and comfortable services.In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the development status of intelligent libraries and their innovative service models,this study selects municipal social libraries and undergraduate college libraries in Henan Province as the research objects,and summarizes the existing problems by checking the provision of personalized intelligent recommendation services on their official websites and combining them with literature research.Then,based on the principle of personalized recommendation and considering user attributes,book characteristics,and time factors,a framework of library service innovation model based on wisdom recommendation is proposed,which aims to optimize the form of library wisdom recommendation service,improve user experience,and promote the further development of wisdom library service.At the same time,this framework also provides useful reference for the intelligent construction of libraries in Henan Province.
