摘要
智慧图书馆不是新一代信息技术与传统图书馆服务管理体系的简单融合,而是先进的图书馆理念与信息技术共融的未来图书馆发展模式,是实现图书馆“资源数据化”“数据知识化”“知识智慧化”的一种“以人为本”的图书馆生态。传统图书馆模式呈现出的“空心化”“同质化”“去专业化”“去图书馆化”趋势,制约了图书馆发展和“社会进步的知识引擎”价值的实现,而“技术驱动”模式的局限性和“技术异化”也是形成智慧图书馆建设困境的原因之一。文章认为未来应通过“技术为媒、以人为本,多元共建,加强数据安全和隐私保护”等路径来推动智慧图书馆建设。
Smart library is not a simple fusion of new generation information technology and traditional library service management system, but a future library development model that integrates advanced library concept and information technology.It is a kind of "people-oriented" library ecology that realizes "resource data", "data knowledge" and "knowledge wisdom" of the library. The traditional library model presents "hollowing out", "homogenization", "de-specialization" and "de-librarianization".It restricts the development of libraries and the realization of the value of "knowledge engine for social progress", and the limitations of "technology-driven" model and "technological alienation" are also one of the reasons for the dilemma of smart library construction. The article argues that the future construction of smart libraries should be promoted through the paths of "taking technology as a medium, people-centered, multiple construction, and strengthening data security and privacy protection".
