摘要
目的 探讨黄体酮联合孕康口服液治疗习惯性流产患者的临床效果。方法 选取深圳市妇幼保健院2022年1月至2023年8月收治的126例习惯性流产患者作为研究对象,采用抛硬币法分为对照组与观察组,每组各63例。对照组采用黄体酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合口服孕康口服液治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清激素水平、症状积分、症状缓解时间和不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组孕酮、雌二醇、人绒毛膜促性腺激素β水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腰酸、阴道出血及下腹胀痛的症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腰酸、下腹疼痛、阴道出血及腹胀的缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 黄体酮联合孕康口服液治疗习惯性流产患者具有良好的临床效果,有利于改善患者血清激素水平,缓解症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Progesterone combined with Yunkang Oral Liquid in the treatment of patients with habitual abortion.Methods A total of 126 patients with habitual abortion admitted to Shenzhen Maternity&Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the coin toss method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Progesterone,and the observation group was treated with Yunkang Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum hormone levels,symptom scores,symptom relief time,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of progesterone,estradiol,and human chorionic gonadotropinβin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of soreness of loins,vaginal bleeding,and lower abdominal distending pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of soreness of loins,lower abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,and abdominal distension in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Progesterone and Yunkang Oral Liquid has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with habitual abortion,which is beneficial to improve the serum hormone levels of patients,relieve symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
