摘要
目的分析行动导向宣教结合全面护理模式在高血压合并阻生牙拔除术中的应用。方法该试验对象为2021年4月至2023年4月医院收治的高血压合并阻生牙拔除术患者,随机抽取78例患者作为研究例数,利用随机数字表法进行分组,其中39例实施常规护理的患者纳入对照组,其余39例实施行动导向宣教结合全面护理模式的患者纳入试验组。对比两组的血压水平、疼痛程度、负性情绪、幸福指数及服药依从性。结果试验组舒张压与收缩压分别为(78.53±4.11)mmHg、(126.35±8.42)mmHg,低于对照组的(82.65±7.23)mm Hg、(132.69±11.58)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(t_(1)=3.094,t_(2)=2.765;P_(1)=0.003,P_(2)=0.007,P<0.05)。在视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分方面,试验组分别为(1.36±0.21)分、(8.35±1.26)分、(8.75±1.62)分,低于对照组的(1.85±0.63)分、(9.74±3.12)分、(10.28±2.15)分,差异有统计学意义(t_(1)=4.608,t_(2)=2.580,t3=3.549;P_(1)<0.001,P_(2)=0.012,P3=0.001,P<0.05)。在纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)评分与Morisky服药依从性问卷(MMAS-8)评分方面,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对高血压合并阻生牙切除术患者,实施行动导向宣教结合全面护理模式的效果确切,有利于控制血压水平,减轻疼痛程度,缓解负性情绪,提高服药依从性和幸福指数。
Objective Analysis of an action-oriented mission combined with comprehensive nursing model in hypertension combined with extraction of obstructed teeth.Methods The trial subjects were hypertensive patients with impacted teeth who underwent extraction surgery in the hospital from April 2021 to April 2023.78 patients were randomly selected as the study population and divided into groups using a random number table method.Among them,39 patients who received routine care were included in the control group,while the remaining 39 patients who received action-oriented education and comprehensive nursing model were included in the experimental group.Compare the blood pressure levels,pain levels,negative emotions,happiness index,and medication adherence between the two groups.Results In terms of diastolic and systolic blood pressure,the experimental group had(78.53±4.11)mmHg and(126.35±8.42)mmHg,which were lower than(82.65±7.23)mmHg and(132.69±11.58)mmHg of the control group,with statistically significant differences(t_(1)=3.094,t_(2)=2.765;P_(1)=0.003,P_(2)=0.007,P<0.05).In terms of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,the experimental group had(1.36±0.21)points,(8.35±1.26)points,and(8.75±1.62)points,which were lower than(1.85±0.63)points,(9.74±3.12)points,and(10.28±2.15)points of the control group,with statistically significant differences(t_(1)=4.608,t_(2)=2.580,t3=3.549;P_(1)<0.001,P_(2)=0.012,P3=0.001,P<0.05).In terms of Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness(MUNSH)scores and Eight-Item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8)scores,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with hypertension combined with obstruction tooth resection,the effect of implementing action-oriented mission and comprehensive nursing model is precise,which was conducive to controlling blood pressure level,reducing pain level,alleviating negative emotions,and improving medication adherence and well-b
