摘要
目的探讨舒适护理服务模式在老年高血压护理中的应用价值研究。方法选择2018年1月至2019年2月在本院住院治疗的80例60岁以上原发性高血压患者,根据护理模式分为舒适组和传统组,每组40例。传统组患者入院后根据治疗方案给予常规护理措施,舒适组在传统组基础上增加舒适护理服务模式,观察不同护理模式对患者血压的影响,同时对比两组干预前后不同阶段的生活质量变化。结果与干预前相比,干预3个月和6个月后舒适组和传统组收缩压和舒张压均显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);舒适组干预3个月和6个月后收缩压和舒张压均显著低于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。舒适组出院时和出院后6个月ADL评分均显著高于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论60岁以上原发性高血压患者临床护理中采用舒适护理服务模式,可有效提升降压效果,改善患者预后生活质量,对于该类患者的应用价值较高,值得推广借鉴。
Objective To explore the application value of comfort nursing service mode in elderly hypertension nursing.Methods From January 2018 to February 2019,80 patients with essential hypertension over 60 years old who were hospitalized in our hospital were selected and divided into comfort group and traditional group according to the nursing mode,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the traditional group were given conventional nursing measures according to the treatment plan after admission,while those in the comfort group were added comfort nursing service mode on the basis of the traditional group.The effects of different nursing modes on patients'blood pressure were observed,and the quality of life changes at different stages before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before intervention,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in comfort group and traditional group decreased significantly after 3 and 6 months intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the comfort group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group at 3 and 6 months after intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).ADL scores in the comfort group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group at discharge and 6 months after discharge,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients with essential hypertension over 60 years old,the comfort nursing service mode can effectively enhance the antihypertensive effect and improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.It has a high application value for this kind of patients and is worthy of promotion and reference.
